Work with Zamsa as a subcontractor.
Do you run your own caretaking or cleaning business and have spare capacity? We regularly award properties in southern Hesse and the Rhine-Main area to vetted partner firms.
Why businesses work with us.
Payment on time
Approved invoices are settled within the agreed period. No chasing, no part payments, no balances left open for months.
Long-term properties
We do not hand out single day jobs but properties on a fixed schedule — plannable over months and years rather than week by week.
A named contact
One person for scheduling, questions and invoicing. No shifting responsibilities and no ticket numbers.
These are the services we award.
You do not have to cover all of them — simply tick in the form what your business can take on.
The documents we ask for.
We only work with businesses that can produce their paperwork in full. That protects both sides: you from liability questions, and us from contractor liability towards our own clients.
- Gewerbeanmeldung (trade registration) for caretaking or building cleaning — plus entry in the Handwerksrolle (skilled trades register) where building cleaning requires it
- Public liability insurance for the business with adequate cover — policy document and current premium receipt
- Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung (clearance certificate) from the health insurance fund, no more than three months old
- Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung (clearance certificate) from the tax office, no more than three months old
- Clearance certificate from the employers' liability insurance association (Berufsgenossenschaft BG BAU)
- Freistellungsbescheinigung under § 48b of the German Income Tax Act — mandatory as soon as construction-related work is involved (e.g. post-construction cleaning)
- Evidence that the sector minimum wage is paid to every member of staff deployed
- Commercial register extract if your business is registered, plus a copy of the ID document of the managing director
Nothing to upload right now: this form is the registration. We only ask for the documents once we have got to know each other.
