No. Our contracts can be cancelled monthly — there is no minimum term of twelve or twenty-four months and no automatic renewal for another year. If the arrangement is not working for you, you should be able to leave without waiting for an end date.

Travel and facilities come on top — for instance whether there is a water supply available for stone cleaning. That is why we only quote a firm price after the initial survey, rather than a flat rate that would have to be adjusted later.
