For cleaning we predominantly use products certified with the Blauer Engel or the EU Ecolabel – kinder to the environment and just as effective as conventional products.

How a clean at your property works.
Four steps that are the same at every visit — even when nobody is watching.
Step 1 of 4Visual check on arrival
Before starting we look at what is actually there: where is the soiling heavier than usual, has anything been damaged, are objects in the way? We record any damage we find before cleaning begins — then it is clear later what was condition and what was work.
Step 2 of 4Preparing and making safe
We mark wet floors with warning signs and divide up the areas so that entrances and escape routes stay passable. In stairwells we clean in an order that means nobody has to walk over freshly mopped steps.
Step 3 of 4Working to the schedule of services
We work from top to bottom and from back to front, so that no cleaned surface is stepped on again. For washrooms we use separate, colour-coded materials — so that no cloth from the toilet ends up in the kitchen. The cleaning products predominantly carry the Blauer Engel or the EU Ecolabel.
Step 4 of 4Final check and report
At the end we go through the items of the schedule of services and check the places where carelessness shows first: corners, skirting boards, handrails, glass and light switches. The visit is recorded with photos; consumables running low are reported along with it.
