No minimum term, no automatic renewal — you stay because you are satisfied.

Locking-up rounds, clearances, minor repairs, heating checks and regular property inspections — your contact on site.
A selection of the individual tasks that Caretaker Service covers with us.
Four steps that are the same at every visit — so nothing depends on the day-to-day rush.

Before we start, we walk the property: stairwell, basement, plant room, bin store and outdoor areas. We note what has come up since the last visit — damage, faulty lighting, blocked escape routes, overflowing bins.

Whatever falls within the agreed scope goes straight into the visit. Where something goes beyond it, or a specialist firm is needed, we record it rather than deciding on our own — you hear about it with the report, not with the invoice.

Property inspection, locking-up rounds, bin service, replacing bulbs and minor repairs — at the interval agreed for your property. We check the heating system and plant rooms for operational readiness and visible irregularities; servicing and any intervention remain the specialist firm's job.

At the end we go through the points of the schedule of services and record what was done — with photos. Anything that needs a specialist firm is reported with that visit's report, not at the next one.
