2. Getting in touch

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, the details you provide (name, email address, content of your message) are stored and processed solely in order to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO (steps prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). The contact form on this website opens your email programme and sends the enquiry to us directly by email — no form data is stored on a server.

The WhatsApp button on this website opens WhatsApp, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland („Meta“). Only when you actively click this button is a connection to WhatsApp established, and the data exchanged there (including your telephone number and the content of your messages) is processed by Meta in accordance with its own privacy policy, over which we have no influence. The legal basis is your voluntary use of the button, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. The personal data collected on this website is processed on that provider's servers. This may include IP addresses, server log files and similar data that arises technically when a website is accessed.

4. Cookies & Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland („Google“). Google Analytics uses cookies that allow your use of this website to be analysed (including pages visited, time spent and the source of visits). The information generated is generally transferred to a Google server and stored there; this may also include a transfer to the USA.

Google Analytics is only used if you have previously given your consent via the cookie notice on this website. In that case the legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO in conjunction with § 25 Abs. 1 TTDSG. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking on here and selecting „Essential only“.

You can find further information on how user data is handled in Google Analytics in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

5. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console, a free analytics tool provided by Google, to check the visibility of this website in Google Search (for example search queries, click figures and technical indexing errors). Search Console does not set cookies and does not collect any personal data from visitors to this website; only anonymised, aggregated data that Google collects as part of Google Search in any case is evaluated.

6. Customer and staff portal

In order to carry out our work we operate a password-protected portal for customers and staff. We process the following personal data there:

  • For customers: name, contact details, property details, booked services and visit reports (including photos as evidence of the work carried out).
  • For staff: name, contact details, portal login credentials, and the GPS location data and working hours recorded when checking in and out at a property (for payroll purposes and as evidence of the work carried out).

For customers the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (performance of a contract); for staff it is additionally Art. 88 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 BDSG (employee data protection, in particular for location and working-time records). The data is stored with our processor Supabase Inc. (server location available on request). Each group of users sees only the data intended for them (secured technically through access rights per role).

Photos from visit reports are deleted automatically after one year; the rest of the report (text, completed services, date) after two years. Login credentials are deleted as soon as the customer or employment relationship ends and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, as well as a right to object to processing and a right to data portability. Please contact us at the address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
